Muhammad Amdad Hossain is an internationally award-winning Bangladeshi documentary photographer and visual journalist whose work has been recognized in prestigious international photography awards and competitions. To date, he has won more than 200 international photography awards, receiving honors, prizes, and recognition across Bangladesh, India, the United Arab Emirates (UAE), Kenya, Greece, the United Kingdom (UK), the United States (USA), Romania, Ecuador, France, Spain, China, Oman, Turkmenistan, Italy, Afghanistan, Azerbaijan, Turkey, Australia, Russia, Rwanda, Poland, Germany, South Korea, Thailand, Colombia, Finland, and other countries. His award-winning photography explores climate change, environmental issues, water insecurity, displacement, and the resilience of vulnerable communities, bringing underreported stories from Bangladesh to international audiences. Through his documentary photography and visual storytelling, Muhammad continues to gain international recognition for his contribution to contemporary photography and photojournalism.
